Phising mail : PaypaI limited form activation

My friend recently got a mail from "PayPaI" which states that your account has been compromised and you need to re-login the details and change the password. But this is a spam.. Look carefully, its a mail from Paypa"i" and not Paypal...

Subject: PaypaI limited form activation
Date: Tue, 9 Feb 2010 05:07:00 +0000

We recently have determined that different computers have logged 
into your account, and multiple password failures were present 
before the login. Therefore your account has been limited. 



Please download the form attached to this email and open it in a web browser.
Once opened, you will be provided with steps to restore your access.
